Amesia was great..
The process and especially the doctor were great. Couple of things though. I was left waiting for lens selection and eventually they said they had "technical difficulty ". I should come back another day. There were 3 people manning the desk with very few patients. Those 3 were just yapping.
Dr. Braswell was great. I assume he doesn’t know what terrible customer service is provided and absolute lack of care the staff provides. Last time we ordered glasses after 5 weeks with no glasses and multiple attempts to see where they were we had to get a refund. This was a prescription from Duke Eye rehab for a patient that had double retina surgery who desperately needed these glasses. I was pleased with the service I received during my visit. The receptionist was very professional & pleasant. Chris was very nice, professional & explained to me what to expect during my visit. And last but certainly not least, was Dr. Braswell, who I was most impressed with. He walked in with a very friendly greeting/introduced himself with a firm eye-contact handshake.
