I have been to this location twice. They have a more open schedule than their Sunset office, which makes getting an appointment easy. However, last time I was there, the contacts that they ordered for me were incorrect. The trials were different from the prescription that I had. Then while I was in the process of checking out, a man came in and started asking questions, and the receptionist began to answer his questions, leaving me standing there as if I didn't exist. Nick was kind, knowledgeable and attentive during my visit. He made the eye exam interesting and fun. The young lady in the optical department was friendly and helpful as well.
