The employees and doctor was friendly. I loved the services
I visited the Eye Care Center about two weeks ago and as I was standing at the front desk trying to make an appointment all I could hear was one young lady behind the counter CURSING! All I could do was look in disbelieve. This is so unprofessional and definitely not customer service. I was so shocked that she is allowed to curse like that and what makes it so bad is that the young lady didn't even care that people was standing up there waiting to be seen or didn't even care that other people could hear her cursing.
