They have a late arrival policy where the patient is penalized or canceled if more than 10 minutes late, but they seem to have zero concern for the patient’s time. I’ve been waiting for 25 minutes past my appointment time with no indication of how much longer the wait time will be when I inquired the staff seemed flustered that I had the courage to even inquire.
I enjoyed the visit pretty well. Receptionist that check me in was nice the Technician that did my test was very nice.The Doctor was very good and Profession asks me good questions about my eyes and Recommended new kind of Contact Lenses that are very Comfortable and I like! The only Complaint I have is one of the Receptionist that Stared with an unkind look on her face like I had done something to her in a wrong way but I didn’t Approach her! My appointment with doctor M was very pleasant and informative. I really like when took his time to discuss with about my eyes and if there any concern. i also liked how greeted me with a handshake over all very nice.
I work the same hours the eye place is open so my time is of the essence. I only get a 1 hour lunch break. My overall visit was almost 2 hours. The actual eye exam was 5 mins. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses. When I went to pick them up 2 weeks later the frames were wrong. They offered to take the lenses out and put them in the frames from off the wall. LOL Absolutely NOT!
