I am so very upset. I have had to cancel several appointments due to a life treating disease I have. I will be 70 yrs old this month. I'm also being taken off oxycodon per my request. I've had 13 back surgeries, and I also have a condition that causes me to have seizures. When I had to cancel todays appointment, I was told the doctor would not see me, so I couldn't reschedule. If I could give the zero stars I would. I had two pair of glasses made at the Brainerd location. I had my own frames and prescriptions put in them. Today I need the stem adjusted because they were sliding off my face. They took my glasses to the back and then a older lady came out with the glasses and I put them on my face and noticed they were not adjusted. Lens specialist Steven Staten is great! My kid's glasses broke and we needed them ASAP. It would have taken a week to get a whole new pair, so Steven found us a pair of new frames that held the old lenses perfectly. It was quick and easy. Thanks!
