Christy Merryfield is the best! She is very thorough and makes sure that everything is perfect. She helps with questions that I am sure she hears all day every day, but she keeps that awesome smile on her face! She makes you feel appreciated and goes out of her way to make her clients happy.
I was very impressed by Dr Toups at eye trends. Much more thorough exam than I've had at other places. I had to get glasses and Christy helped me. She is awesome! She helped me pick the right glasses for my face and answered all my questions. She knows her stuff. Thanks Christy for a great experience.
Been using them for the last couple of years. Both doctors I've seen have made me feel cared for and listened and answered all my questions. The staff is helpful and professional. Christy assisted me both times in selecting my glasses. She is a doll! She always has a smile on her face and a very upbeat positive attitude. She goes all out to assist you. 5 Stars for Eye Trends in The Woodlands!
The customer service and eye wear selection was amazing!!! Janay was extremely helpful. I was so confused, extremely indecisive, and stressing over selecting the perfect pair of frames and unlike most she didn't rush me. She gave me all the time I needed and for the 1st time in all of my 25 years of wearing glass I walked away with no regrets/buyer's remorse! The staff is awesome and I'll definitely be back next year!

My daughter is getting her first pair of glasses soon. And i must say the staff here was amazing with her. She's typically hard to deal with when it comes to strangers but she really took to the ladies who work here at eye trends. I would recommend this office to anyone
