I want to rescind my previous comment because initially, I gave them a negative review but I've decided to give them another chance because everyone makes mistakes. Today (3/9/20) I went back to their office and gave them my own personal pair of eyeglasses and told Kyle that I wanted them to put the lens in them. Hopefully, they do a good job with the lens in 2 weeks. I worked with a guy named Kyle and he was very professional and patient. I’ve been coming to eye trends since I moved here from Ohio it’s been 16 years ! They actually care about there customer’s ! They greet you when you come in, and if I have any questions or concerns they have always have taken time to help !
everyone was helpful and friendly, they took the time to explain things to you and answered any questions, I was very pleased
