Dr. Hensel saw me on an emergency visit and was very kind about my concern. He was generous with his time and did a very thorough exam of my eyes. He explained what was happening and when to be more concerned. I would recommend him.
I had an urgent issue arise and I had no problem getting in to Dr. Hansel very quickly. He was very nice, very thorough, and very reassuring.
I am always greeted with a smile and get full answers to all my questions.
It went well. He explained everything to me and answered any questions that I had.
