DR HANSEL PROVIDED A VERY WARM FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT FOR A FIRST TIME VISIT. HE WAS VERY THOROUGH AND EXPLAINED THINGS VERY WELL. HE SEEMED TO GENUINELY CARE ABOUT MY EYE PROBLEMS AND EXPLAINED WHAT I COULD EXPECT IN THE FUTURE. HE WAS VERY PERSONABLE.
Cataract surgery went smoothly. All my questions were answered. Efficient and personal care!
I liked Dr. Hansel for this cataract post op appointment. He answered activity questions patiently. I was uncomfortable with the gentleman who examined my eyes before Dr. Hansel. I objected twice with the machine getting too close to the new lens.
Wonderful care. Efficient with an excellent sense of humor.

It was a great visit starting with the lady at the front desk, who spotted out and helped me to take understand one of the perks of my new Medicare Advantage Plan, which is new to me, answering all of my questions, she was very helpful. The next lady who took care of the preliminaries to the exam was also very knowledgeable and efficient.
