As a Veteran, I would like to give a special notice to (Nadine Wagner) for going above and beyond the basic expectation of an employee in the Eyeglasses Department! She has the experience to help you pick the right eye wear. I was a returning customer with improper a frame, and she kept her response professional and simply corrected what needed to be done. This made my birthday a pleasant one to see.
absolutely horrible with answering the phone. my husband has been calling for DAYS and it goes straight to an automated message saying they’re experiencing higher than normal call volume. yeah ok. you’re telling me that every single day you guys are so slammed you can’t answer the phone for a question about an order? he’s been waiting for his glasses for a month.
Good variety of frames and staff is friendly but you will be waiting hours on end for your scheduled appointment time and someone to help in optical department.
After years of living with dry eye, Dr. Attaway was the first person to recommend a prescription drop & that has made a world of difference. Staff here are thorough, friendly, and quick. Highly recommend!
I gave them a 2nd try after they made my glasses wrong 2x last year, and I should not have tried them again. Go somewhere else.
