Best eye care office I've been to! The staff are very friendly and professional. I've seen the same doctor for a few years now and she's very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a great selection of glasses including budget friendly options. Selecting and purchasing glasses is easy. I highly recommend becoming a patient here!
Beautiful, spotless office. Super friendly and efficient staff. It was very easy to make an appointment, they checked my insurance benefits quickly while I was on the phone. They ran perfectly on time. I was very impressed with Dr. Bondroff and his assistant. They both took time to explain test results. I am in the medical field myself and I have full confidence in this office. I also purchased new glasses from their optical shop and the person who helped me was great!
Dr. Bondroff is the best! He is attentive, patient, smart and very personable! He does a great job of explaining the tests being performed and his findings. I highly recommend him and wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Couldn’t have been a better experience from start to finish! I called to get a new patient appointment and was lucky enough to be able to pop in same day on a cancellation availability. Front staff was so pleasant and professional and helpful, the technology used was extremely modern and detailed and finally the experience with Dr. Shin was simply a wonderfully positive and thorough examination. Highly recommend them and will be switching the rest of my family members for their next exams.
