Visited Catonsville Eye Group today. It was a spectacular experience as soon as I walked in the door. Trust me, everyone in that building is hand picked. They all collaborate to make your experience joyful, quick and Easy (JQE). I met friends, not strangers. I have affection for all of them, they made me feel so special. I have had such a hard time finding glasses for my 3 year old since social distancing began and vision centers started closing. I live in AA County so I had never heard of Catonsville Eye Group but was thankfully referred to them by a friend! They not only replied to an e-mail within a few hours, but were able to order us glasses the same exact day! (again, this has taken me WEEKS!) Friendly, courteous service from the minute you walk in the door. Dr. Bondroff put me at ease right away. He easily kept me informed throuhout the exam and answered any questions I had. The young lady who fitted me with glasses was as nice as she could be and very helpful in helping me find just the right frames. I couln't be happier with the care guven
Every one was very friendly. They took my granddaughter right away, to start her exam. After they talked with her, explained about her glasses.
