Pleasant and helpful staff from minute I walk in the door. Dr. Shin gets a 10 rating!!!!!! Best care ever as far as an eye doctor. It's a drive but as long as I can make it, this will be my eye doctor. Jess is also a big reason for the best rating. I followed her and Dr. Shin from other locations.
The staff from A-Z was wonderful. Dr. Shin was great and made me very comfortable. The front desk was friendly and efficient and the young lady who helped me with my glasses was patient and knowledgeable.
A great eye care practice with doctors who care and have each other’s back. I feel confident meeting with my primary eye doctor (Dr. Shin), but am also pleased with the other doctors in the practice when a need arises. The glasses support team is also very strong and competent.
Beautiful, spotless office. Super friendly and efficient staff. It was very easy to make an appointment, they checked my insurance benefits quickly while I was on the phone. They ran perfectly on time. I was very impressed with Dr. Bondroff and his assistant. They both took time to explain test results. I am in the medical field myself and I have full confidence in this office. I also purchased new glasses from their optical shop and the person who helped me was great!
Best eye care office I've been to! The staff are very friendly and professional. I've seen the same doctor for a few years now and she's very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a great selection of glasses including budget friendly options. Selecting and purchasing glasses is easy. I highly recommend becoming a patient here!
