I've been getting glasses and contacts from this shop for the past 10 yrs. The staff is super patient and professional. I would not trust any other shops with my eye-wears.
I would say the service was borderline okay, but definitely not excellent. For example, today on 06/25/25 at approximately 4pm. One major error I caught upon walking in was that Dr. Wei/weijin did not introduce herself to me, which I found to be quite awkward as she has a doctorate degree, but lacked basic social skills. She gave instructions clearly, but was not polite about it. I had a fantastic experience at Eye Solutions on Main Street in Flushing! I stopped by to see if they could help with a minor issue—my glasses’ nose pads needed to be replaced, and the frames were slightly out of alignment. To my surprise, they not only replaced the nose pads for free, but also carefully adjusted the fit so my glasses sit perfectly again. The staff was professional, friendly, and super efficient.
