Their attitude before and after the sale was totally different. I’ve been getting my glasses here for three years in a row, always spending a few hundred dollars each time. But this time, after I picked up my new pair, I felt dizzy wearing them, so I went back to ask about switching back to my previous prescription (they said within 30 days I could come back if there were any issues). wow super attentive and great service. they went above and beyond w the free snacks and drinks here they got chips and soda and hot coffee machine. this in flushing is 🤯 bonus: they decorated for halloween 🎃
Nice location with friendly and helpful staff
I've been getting glasses and contacts from this shop for the past 10 yrs. The staff is super patient and professional. I would not trust any other shops with my eye-wears.
