Stacey is a gem! She is absolutely the best, super knowledgeable and helpful every time we need new glasses. My family and I always return because of her, thank you Stacey!
They acquiesced their customer paying for the defective products and chose to do nothing. Would give zero star if possible. As a returning customer of this store for 3 years (we went to its branch in Brooklyn before switching here), we felt huge disappointment with the difference of customer service. We received almost half pack of defective contacts that were stick together when we opened the seal, and blurry and painful when wearing.
