My Lasik surgery was over 10 years ago and is nothing shy of miraculous! My vision remains great, and my regular ophthalmologist (back in Philadelphia) says that my surgeon (Dr. Shatz) must be really great since my vision remains so clear and my scar is undetectable. My wife had the same result with him too. His technical skills are matched with great bedside manner, and left me feeling very confident in him. I just had my first appointment with Dr. Delaney and Dr. Bleiman, and I appreciated both for their professionalism and friendly manner. The front desk staff member too. And personally, I enjoyed swapping stories with Dr. Delaney about our local rock band interests!
Dr. Shatz performed my painless trouble free cataract surgery and I now have 20/20vision!
I just had my yearly appointment with Dr. Delaney---that would make this about my 33rd year of appointments with him. I cannot say enough about my respect for Dr. D's knowledge, professionalism, and friendliness, and his way of putting his patients at ease with his "can-do" attitude. My cataract surgery was completely successful, and I learned some things that surprised me. After surgery on my first eye, I realized that the cataracts not only create foggy vision but change your whole color range to a kind of yellow green. i had become used to it and thought that was normal vision, but when it was removed from the first eye, everything became more blue/white and brilliant, clearly outlined.
