Very refreshing. Had bad experience with the optometrist practice I used prior to coming here. Both the office staff and doctor here were very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. I have recommended to my wife and kids, good optometrists with good staff are surprisingly difficult to come by. Will use them again.
The staff are so welcoming and friendly. Such a good environment. Would definitely recommend.
UPDATE 3/14/2025: I'm updating my prior review and upping the stars significantly (from the prior one star). Shortly after leaving my prior review (later that evening), Dr. Hernandez reached out to me to discuss my concerns. She listened to what happened, apologized and was empathetic. Moreover, she got me into the clinic the following day to assess my eyes as I was concerned about how quickly my vision appeared to have deteriorated. I have been a customer of this place for years now, so please trust me when I tell you to go elsewhere. This is not the place to go if you want quality eye care. Under their "care," I have had continuous problems. Most recently, I received the proper lenses for my frames on Dec. 14, 2023, less than three months ago. Since then, I have suffered increasing eye issues, and over the last few weeks, blurry vision. Dr. Hernandez is the friendliest doctor (of any specialty) that I have ever met. Her office is clean and modern. Her staff is professional and responsive. I am happy I found this place.
