Tests are administered dangerously by assistants, who you see for 90% of the time. You get the feeling the doctor can't be bothered with you anymore. Secondly, any mistake the doctor makes is treated as being your fault, no matter how clear you were. They make you get another exam to fix things. They only care about profits
The whole group has their act together. From the moment you walk in the door to the time you leave your appointment, everyone knows exactly what is expected of them I would love to do a shout out to Doctor Miles and his competent staff, super approachable every one of them and that made this experience for me *(who has white coat syndrome) super easy.
