Wonderful care and staff are great
I aways feel like I have had the best of care. My conditions are explain to me so that I understand everything and how to use me drops, with confidence. The staff is wonderful
My daughter has been seeing Dr. Nicola for a couple of years now for a neurological disorder. Dr. Nicola, the front staff, and the younger assistant are all great. The other assistant (the older lady), on the other hand, is terrible. She always looks so grumpy and definitely has an attitude to match her look. Dr. Nicola and her staff were rude and condescending during our visit. I brought my elderly mother in after she was hospitalized with a blood sugar level of 740, which had significantly affected her eyesight. I was deeply concerned about the possibility of diabetic retinopathy, especially since her regular optometrist could not see her for nearly two months.
