I worked their for 19 in a half years just retired from their the end of May highly recommended Great Doctors!!
I am happy the doctors that my children and I see. However, the front desk staff at WR is unwelcoming, cold and makes you feel uncomfortable. Doctors easily lose patients this way.

Amal at the Howland location was extremely helpful! Anyone who has had to buy glasses for little kids knows how stressful the process is, but she literally made it so easy and stress free! Highly recommend seeing her for any help with glasses. She’s helped us for the 2nd time recently and will be helping us for years to come! Thanks again!
Their scheduler acts like she has a medical degree because she told me I had a stye and my doctor never mentioned a stye. He felt I had something in the eye and because I'm diabetic he wanted me seen that day but the scheduler said it was a stye and they wouldn't see me that day.
I love Dr. Wilson. The only problem I have is that you wIt so long in the waiting room! Up to an hour sometimes!
Everyone we saw was super helpful & nice!
