All of the staff at Heaton go out of their way to make you as comfortable and at ease as possible. The doctors and nurses are top notch in their field and in my opinion are absolutely the best in the East Texas area. Imagine your doctor calling you personally after a procedure , to ask how you are. My doctor did ! And it shows how much they care about each of their patients. I would recommend Heaton to everyone in East Texas as the very Best
I was scared because my eyes are all important to me and I found myself not seeing things I should with cataracts . I found the nurses and supporting staff very kind and efficient . The Doctor was most kind and said a little prayer that the Lord guide his hands to a good outcome after asking if he could. It was most reassuring . I wish I could go back for testing but East Texas is to far.
