Not only was Dr. Nichols extremely thorough in explaining the procedure, he goes above and beyond by praying with every one of his patients(upon their permission)prior to their surgery. The front desk, technicians, and nurses are extremely courteous and professional. Heaton Eye Associates gets a 10/10 from me!
