Everyone there was very polite, very kind and extremely professional.
Had to come and get my eye stitched up.. The doctor was AMAZING to say the least.. I was scared for them to work on my eyes, as hard as that is for me to say. The doctor reassured me I was going to be ok, that he could do it flawlessly (which he did), and that I would be taken care of financially by paying in cash. I will come get my eyes checked and taken care of with Heaton for now on. My eye is now better, and I’m very grateful for what they did to help me.
Everything about the experience was 5 star quality! No regrets having the surgery! Everyone was so nice and professional!

My husband and I both had appointments with Evil Knievel (Dr Nichols). We enjoyed the decorated pumpkins and the staff’s costumes. We try to book our return visit on Halloween each year. We have received the best of care with Heaton Eye Associates. Would and have recommended them to friends and family.
Very professional and they have all modern equipment. Dr.Muirhead very knowledgeable and explains problem then solution.He cares about you.Appointment waiting reasonable and waiting room office very comfortable. Temps taken upon entrance due to covid CD guidelines followed all wearing masks.
