Every appointment I’ve had has been a good experience. They get you processed in within minutes of arriving. I’ve never sat in the waiting room more than 15 minutes. From there it seems to go even faster. Every staff person has been polite, professional and knowledgable. You will not be sorry when you choose Heaton Eye Associates.

I have been seeing Dr. Dossey for several years and I really like him and all of the staff. Although I don't like anyone "messing" with my eyes, the staff always puts me at ease and are very careful not to cause me any discomfort. Dr. Dossey is going to do Cataract surgery on both eyes in the next few weeks. I trust him and am very comfortable about letting him do this procedure.
