It was my first time been there, for my eye surgery, it went well, yesterday had my fallowup appt. It was great

Extremely good & very professional. The only thing I didn't like was the waiting after the dilating of my eyes. It seemed it took forever for the Dr. to come in and consult with me. Once Dr. Kirby saw me & examined my eyes, it went by very fast.
The physicians are great and extremely skilled but they need to revamp the appointment system. Even with dilating every patients eyes, there is no reason for patients to wait in excess of 3 hours to complete their appointments. Someone needs to review the office flow and figure out a better system....the patients/caregivers time is also valuable.
Since Ive been coming here Since 2007 ive never had a bad experience- the staff makes feel like family! Love Dr. Chiu and his staff!!
