Follow up appointments after surgery have been a nightmare. I waited 50 minutes and had to leave without seeing the doctor. The next appointment I waited 45 minutes and had to leave without seeing the doctor. I'm going to try a 3rd time.

I have been going there with my Dad when he has an appointment there with Dr. Frank J. Mares. I like Dr. Mares. Yesterday we went there and met with another eye doctor - Dr. James Sanchez for the first time. I liked him, too but something happened with us that I had lost my respect. We met with another receptionist to make an appointment for my Dad to have an eye transplant in ABQ. I am not going to express my feeling about this and that. Great place all around! Staff is all super nice and knowledgeable from all my experiences. Get my Diabetic eye exam there every year. Dr Chan and her Team are awesome.
The staff and surgeon were wonderful: those at the front desk and checkout included. I self made my appt. for surgery for a cyst on my right eyelid and all went beautifully!
Appt at 7:30 didn't get out till 11:30. Doctor was excellent the waiting is terrible. This is everytime we go there. Wish it was faster.
