The front desk staff is horrible, the front desk was very difficult to work with, extremely rude.
I was in and out in 45 minutes. The staff were so pleaseant and respectful.
Checked in online for an 8:30 appointment. Arrived at 8:20 per their instructions. There wasn’t anyone in the waiting room and we still weren’t seen until 9:20. This place needs to get their act together.
Do not bring your children here. They obviously don’t know how to deal with kids.
We have visited this location on a few occasions. The staff has been very professional & the wait is never too long. Yesterday our waiting time was less than five mins. The doctor was very informative with a great sense of humor, which helped ease my daughter’s fear.
Horrible horrible customer service. Refused to see a sick child over a $21.00 bill that I never recieved via mail that they supposdely sent. Did not have my wallet on me at that time not knowing I even had a bill. AND they had no manager or supervisor at the location to speak with about the matter. Will not go here again.
There was no one in the waiting room and I still waited for almost an hour to be seen. Saw the Nurse practitioner and she was rather rude. Got sent for x-rays but no real follow up on the sprain that I had. On top I got double billed by their office, with them charging my FSA card and running it through my insurance. Never got a refund of the amount the double billed.
