AVOID! I went in for a COVID Test for International travel. I was advised that the standard covid test could not make it in time. So was referred with a rapid by the front desk. I told the nurse and DR. I was travelling to Turkey for surgery. I went to the airport with my results and was turned away and not allowed to board. Had an appointment at the Smyrna, DE facility on 11/15/2019. The appointment went well and everyone I talked to was very polite and respectful. However, one year later I received a bill from a collection agency for $37.54 which included a collection fee of $9.73. This was the very first time I knew I had an outstanding bill there. I realize that I owe the $27.81 and I have no reservations about paying that amount. I do NOT like paying for collections when I did not receive a bill in the first place. I went there to do TB Test They asked me to pay upfront fee which i did. after that they asked me to go Chest X-Ray and i had good insurance. i clearly asked if anything i need to pay for X-ray they said these are follow-up test after and you will not be charged for anything . after 2 weeks i got mail with 100$+ bill . this is ridiculous . we called customer care to fix billing they said local center guys dont know anything about billing. still i need to pay billing amount . they are cheater . i could have done these test fr... read more
