I have been here several times love the back staff. Here is my concern . I have seen a man puking in a trash can. I would have thought they would have taken him in a room. Yesterday a man hurt his ankle. He was up in age. I think a wheel chair would have been greatly appreciated. My treatment was great. Front desk needs to be more aware of the patients needs when they come in.
My visit there with my grandson was very pleasant.The girls at the front desk was very courteous and friendly.The doctor was good at explaining my grandsons xrays. I will definitely use Express Care again when needed. Thank you
The front desk guy didn't say Welcome to Express Care. Got called to go back she didn't say hello just what's going on. The Dr. Misdiagnosed my daughter all though pleasant. The new staff members have a lot of catching up to do.
Easy check in,the people at the front desk are very nice n friendly, the people who take your vitals are also very nice n the drs that I've seen are really nice. I've been here a little with my grandson and Everytime I've been here the staff has been great and I live how there is barely a wait time...
The check-in is electronic and super fast. My whole family have been to this location numerous times. All staff receptionists, techs (the people who take your vitals) and the doctors are all friendly and very professional. I love that they offer to fill prescriptions before you leave. They also follow up with a phone call the next day to ask how we are feeling and to make sure there are no additional questions.
The checking in process is quick, no extended waiting. The doctors are also thorough with their questioning in order to get the right care to you. The only disadvantage is that if you need care at 8 am. on a Saturday, you have to wait until 9, or go elsewhere.
Express care is very convenient. Very nice and friendly.
