I had a second degree burn and went to the Eldersburg business for treatment at 7:30 pm. They close at 9:00 pm. The blonde registration secretary asked me what was wrong and I lifted my wrapped arm and told her I was burned and she then said we aren't taking any more walk-ins and turned me away. If you want to take care out of the picture, go to Express Care in Bel Air. Not sure why you "reserve" your spot online, since it takes at least one hour to be seen and another hour to be done. No respect for people who work and are on a schedule, very unprofessional staff who would just push the covid tester in your nose without any care if they see that you are bothered by that. Kept mispronouncing my name after being told, lost my papers so I had to wait even longer. Seriously, unbelievable.

Patients must be closely monitored for side effects and have their dosage adjusted accordingly. Tyrell at the location in belair is very unprofessional. Just got off the phone with him ,he hung up on me and as he was calling my boyfriend who's in my house also as he answered the phone was caught talking about me to his co worker. Something should be done about his behavior and how he treats people.

Today I experienced the worse service ever. After checking my son in at 12:56pm, I was asked to wait in the car. After waiting in the car for almost an hour, I called the office and was told to come inside. I was a walk-in and I totally understand the wait. However I was just only going inside for a COVID test. I arrived at 2:00pm and I waited outside in the heat. The employees said that you'll get a number. However when you get a text it's the wrong order. They're not letting anyone sit inside and it's extremely hot outside. I am just trying to figure out why the wait is so long this very unacceptable at this point.
My two year old son tested positive for Influenza B and the doctor sent him home with no medicine whatsoever. I have never had a bad experience with express care until now and I will never take my children back to this location at the Festival in Bel air.
I went to a express care in Owings Mills, Maryland after a car accident. They gave me the run around and made me pay out of pocket just to look at my hand because they did not offer xray. They then told be that I had to pay another $60 on top of the $200 if I wanted a brace or anything for my arm. I had to go to a different location to offer xray since they told me after the fact. I came to express care at the festival of Bel Air to get a rapid COVID-19 test for a preop requirement and was treated rudely by Melanie. The website says they do rapid Covid-19 testing but she said they don't do that here and when I tried to explain that it says it on the website that that was one of the services she was laughing at me. I was under the understanding that it was federally mandated for Covid testing to be no charge but yet she said there is a charge and we do bill your insurance company. Patients who do not have health insurance have the option to participate in the the uninured program administered though the CARES ACT.
