My son had to get stitches. We were in and out within an hour. thank you so much for taking such good care of him.
It’s the 2nd bad Experience. My son got a fish hook in his index finger, he arrived at the center at 11:55am (had reserved him a spot), waited for over an hour - once in the room it took another 30 min for the PA to show up, she number him and PULLED the opposite end of the bard of the hook making it worse, LEFT to either see others or phone and friend 3 hours later he was still sitting with no PA.. January 4th 2021 and today I received an email saying my invoice from August of 2017 was over 120 days late and would be sent to collections. I find it odd that even if my insurance didn't cover everything, why is the company waiting over 3 years to contact me about the invoice. I couldn't get anyone in billing to talk to me and the staff I did speak to just told me to call the billing department. 2.5 hour wait in the car. No covid test. No compassion. I should've just went to the ER.
I called today to bring a friend in who does not speak English and I was refused service. The women refused service and could not offer any suggestions for him. he has asthma and needs an inhaler. absolutely awful and illegal. Thankfully Patient First offered to see him right away.
