dr wanake misdiagnosed my daughter today and sent us away with no meds. the entire front desk staff is rude and snippy, we will no longer go here, this place needs an entire new staff with the exception of 3 people. DO BETTER!

Should be shut down. Went in with what was CLEARLY in stomach virus. All I needed was nausea medicine. This Dr. was ridiculous. She wanted to send me to the ER for an ultrasound then they gave me a strep test. After the nurse stuck the swab down my throat and I threw up she was convinced to give me nausea meds. I declined the ER visit. I was fine 2 days later.
Billing department is completely inept. Have no clue how to find the Blue cross affiliate linked to my sons insurance. Treat you like a number and office staff are quick to push you out the door and cause such a problem that you question why you went there in first place. I would go anywhere else before this terrible location.
I am usually not one to post poor reviews; however, I have placed two formal complaints with Express Care Urgent Care Festival location without a return call from the COO, Kelly Reid. Both times, I was told Ms. Reid would call me regarding my concern, but I have yet to receive a call. I visited Express Care twice- once on 12/19 and once on 1/2. I was able to make an appt online, so I was seen almost immediately when I arrived. The staff was very friendly and super thorough! The nurses and PA WERE FANTASTIC! They figured out what was wrong quickly and sent me on my way with everything I needed to begin recovering.
After waiting 3 hours I was told my child just had a cold. The dr was not child friendly at all. She yelled at my sick crying child (4yrs old) who had a high fever and was miserable, totally unexceptionable This is my my second bad experience here and I will not go back.
