Their billing depart is ridiculous. I have never not paid a bill, but 4 years after a visit I get a notice from ********* that a claim has been field by a collection agency in my name. We paid the previous balance the day of the visit with no issues. Then the next payment is made, but apparently rejected by the credit card company. (Guessing we had a new card between the visit and the billing.) Its unbelievable that ExpressCare Urgent Care did not have the decency to call us to let us know the card was declined. This place needs to be cleaned. Floors are dirty, registration counter is dirty, bathrooms are dirty. No one cleaning chairs in between patients.

This was the most disappointing place I have ever been to !! I walked in the door and there were 3 people and 2 hours later I finally walked out, the girls at the front desk were very nice so I can't complain about them, I was there to get a covid test in which I knew I was positive but wanted proof for work, when they finally called me back about 45 minutes later the person who took my test was very nice and then told me to go into room 4, it went downhill after that a 15 minute test ended up taking me 1 hr and 15 minutes o... read more
My family and I visited the Owings Mills ExpressCare center. After checking in at the front desk, my family and I waited 3 hours on Sunday January 16, 2021, for someone to call us. Once the representative called, I informed her we were on our way in. A few minutes later, the same young lady called back and said that she saw an appointment for us at the Eldersburg ExpressCare and asked if we prefer to go to Eldersburg. This is not considered an urgent care facility if you can make an appointment 2 days in advance and the ones thar need urgent care that day has to wait as a walk in and who know how long the wait is .And you can't even wait in the waiting room, they make you waste gas in you car to wait for them to call you .this is not a place to got for an emergency Better off going to the ER .

We hope that state and local governments open more testing centers to help alleviate the demand at our center so that we may treat more patients who present with urgent conditions.
Poor business practices for billing and I have had issues twice and I will not use the Express Urgent Care at all after this. This is solely based on terrible business practice the first time I was billed without notice and it went through SHOCKER ! This time I called to ask for an itemized bill to turn into my insurance company under the division of Accident Insurance. I was very very pleased with the sever ice and staff at the Loch Raven location. Very professional excellent service.
Horrible office! So unprofessional, so rude! The front desk had no idea what they were doing and then made me feel like the idiot! I have never experienced such awful staffing. They combined 2 appointments together instead of separate, and then a parent couldn't go back with their 5 year old! Their motto is why wait in the ER, my answer is because express care is far worse, and takes just as much time! Please don't go to the office in Bel Air, MD!
HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL ADMIN STAFF!!!!!!! I received information regarding my positive COVID-19 results via telephone but was not provided an appropriate way to receive the information electronically for my job. I was informed that I need to come in person to get my results after I explained that I explained that I tested positive. The admin staff said, "Oh, you have COVID-19.....we don't typically get positive cases here." I was directed to come inside after testing positive. However, I refused due to a positive case.
