Terrible company. Never have I ever been so frustrated. I've had them for 3 years and anytime I contact them via online message, they NEVER can answer my question. It's like their responses are auto generated. I asked when could I refill a script and the first response was I couldn't (yet it was filled just 2 months ago) and the second response was someone telling me the cost! Always be sure to give them your correct information so they can send your meds somewhere totally different. I've had mine sent to the West Coast before....4 THUMBS DOWN!!
Complete idiots! i hate dealing with them and ordering with the mail ordering. i will pay more and go to my local pharmacy every mo. for now on!!! i will be talking to my employer and try and get this changed to another co.!!!
The. Worst. Ever. Incompetent, ineffectual,inept. I wasted so much time, effort and energy in dealing with them, just to have them HOLD AN ORDER OF INSULIN because they had questions about another med in the order. They claimed they "couldn't get a response" from my MD, yet I was able to provide them with dates and times return faxes had been sent by my MD. Now I sm back to my competent, caring, efficient, personal pharmacist at my small town Rite Aid. Saving $5/month on a script isn't worth it when you are running out of in... read more
Communication, and customer service in general is terrible. I usually pay more to use another pharmacy.
My employee has lost hours in multiple work days trying to deal with Express Scripts Customer Service team. It is unfortunate that despite multiple phone calls with multiple people across several days, she still hasn't received her prescription. The front office vs. back office issue is something that no customer should have to deal with. Waiting more than a few days for a necessary prescription is something NO CUSTOMER of Express Scripts should ever have to deal with.
