A friend has had recent issues with this company and it reminded me of all the issues i had 6+ years ago... some things never change. I am VERY HAPPY to not be forced to use this company anymore.
i have ordered my medication three different times in the last few weeks. everytime i look it up nothing so i put in another order or refill nothing then i put in refill third time still nothing

Worst customer service ever. Every single rep I spoke to was rude and had no idea what I was talking about. Eventually, every single one of them would transfer me to a completely unrelated department. 3 hours on the phone getting incorrect information from 5 different people. At one point, a representative said to me "I know you don't work... at a job... but if you did you would contact HR." I work on a very successful touring show. My doctor accidentally sent a med electronically to express scripts that I don't have them fill. I called and they will not take it back. I will no longer be using their mail order pharmacy. The bs line I was giving by the customer service person was that since it was not their mistake they don't have to take it back. I'll never use their mail order. I don't care if I have to have to pay 1,000 bucks extra a month. This is what happens when you get big and don't care about your customers.
