This company is the worst!! They play a game back and forth so claims don’t get paid!! Each person you speak with has a different answer! The worst customer service I have ever experience!!
Since you make profit over peoples illnesses, get rid of your employees who harass and make fun of medical conditions!
DON'T WITHDRAW PREMIUMS ON THE FIRST OF THE MONTH FOR MEDICARE RECIPIENTS THAT DON'T GET THEIR MONEY UNTIL THE 3RD OF THE MONTH.
Incompetence to the Nth degree. Cancelling scripts, losing information, failing to communicate, refilling scripts that legally should not be filled, not filling scripts that need to be filled... Need I go on?
IT SUCKS I HAVE TO GIVE ONE STAR!!!!! Medco just changed to this SHITTY COMPANY!!!! My order I've been taking for 3 years now takes 19 days to be shipped! They say cause my doctor faxed it in, it's a new script and they have to verify my "info" so now it's "somewhere" at FedEx and when it does show up I have to sign for it!!! So what? do I just miss work everyday to wait for this HORRIBLE COMPANY to fill my order!!!!! or have to drive 20 miles one way after work to the FedEx location!! MAYBE they will be able to find it!!!!!... read more
