Trying to get a prior auth is ridiculous. Called today and was told they didnt have all information from Dr. Office and I needed to call Dr asked if they could call because they work i the prior auth dept and likely know what info is needed. They said no. After spending all morning on this.....it is still under review. My sons Dr wants him to have this particular medicine for a reason.
Every single time my doctor submits electronic prescriptions, Express Scripts decides they need to be held and not filled for one year (at my request they say). This is not the case, I do not request them held and I am so tired of having to go through this ordeal over and over again. If I were not punished by having to pay a higher cost for using a local pharmacy, I would never use Express Scripts again. Calling them does no good at solving this as it is a vicious cycle that just goes around and around!!!
We are forced to use express scripts, many of the prescriptions our locally pharmacy gives us for free, the customer service reps. are rude, and have no idea whats going on. We should all think about a class action suit, write our congressman and do everything to end the forced use of this so called pharmacy.
They were one of the worst mail order pharmacies I ever dealt with. Unbelievable hassles for one prescription. They must hire all iliterates. So glad I don't have them anymore. No more hassles.
You guys simply suck and make up shit.
Wish I could give them a negative rating. Forcing people to use mail order and taking away from local pharmacies. If you don't use it the way they want you are forced to pay an obscene amount of money all because you want to stick with the people you trust. They think they can play God and make decisions about my health and "what I need" better than my own doctor. It's despicable. Complete nightmare to deal with
Absolutely a nightmare to deal with. This is 100% one of the worst companies I've ever had dealings with. Approach with caution if considering them. There is a reason their overall rating is at a 1.8. Hint: It's because they offer a very low quality of service, and want to steer you to buy from them, NOT your local pharmacy.
Ive been dealing with them since the 29th of July. Costomer service people have been awesome and helpful. I think their problem is dumb doctors office personel and shitty mail service. My advise ...pay the $21 for 2day service if its a controlled substance or somethinf you need in less than a week.
