Wow, wish I had read reviews before signing up for this. They charged my health reimbursement account and told me it wouldn't cost me anything. They recommended I had 3 inhalers on hand in addition to the 1 I had just gotten prescribed at my pharmacy. Now this prescription isn't even helping my condition and they won't take these bullshit inhalers back nor refund the money. Even though what they did is borderline fraud. Super pissed off.
I am switching from Express Scripts mail order program. They take far too long to ship your prescription, but they charge your credit card with lightning speed. What a scam. This service is terrible. I will choose to pay more rather than go through this stressful experience.
The worst mail order prescription company I have ever dealt with. The customer service is horrendous and incompetence must be part of the training process. I am so disappointed in Medical Mutual for forcing their client to deal with this epically terrible company

I have been waiting over a month for medication that I have been taking since 2001 I can not believe one of the big 3 picked them as a carrier for their employees bet they don't next year!!!
Negative stars would not be good enough! This Company is playing God! Deciding what prescriptions will be allowed and denying them even after Doctors provide letters, proof and fill out all preauthorization forms! This is a Death Panel Company!

Wish I could give zero stars. Been going back and forth with this incompetent company for a MONTH trying to get my son's epilepsy medication. Every time we get a new prescription or need a refill I have to call every day and explain the problem over again to another clueless representative who assures me that the problem is resoved. It never is. WORST COMPANY EVER!!! HOW DO THEY STAY IN BUSINESS??
