My husband called in his prescription three weeks ago, so today he called to inquire about his order and was told they filled the order! This is a not a joke my husband needs his medication. First I will write a review of what I think next I'm calling BC/BS to complain, then I will call my local TV station and have them get in touch with you all! You might have heard of them FOX2 HALL OF SHAME!
Fast shipping but slow processing. Takes over two weeks to order insulin. You know the drug some people NEED to survive. Come on guys, get your head out of your ass, Amazon can ship me a jar of peanut butter, 5 sparkplugs, and a bicycle tire the next next day.
No stars here, been waiting on a refund from them since 6/23, 7 phone calls later and still nothing resolved, just get told they will send another memo to AR, what a joke. They sure charge our mail in prescriptions right away to our checking account the minute they are filled but now that they owe us $229 we can't get anything out of them!
NO STARS HERE! This company CONTINUOUSLY screws up my medication shipments, to the point where I missed several doses of a medication where you are not allowed to miss ANY. I HATE using this company and I wish my insurance covered another option.
You need to change your name! You are not even close to express. How about Turtle-Scripts? Much more accurate. Medco did so much better.
