Before now I would have given them a much higher rating, but now some un-named PANEL has made a decision that causes me a problem. I have cancer, yes the big C and for the last 1 1/2 years have been taking a chemo pill. Express Scripts signed me up for AUTOMATIC refills which was great. Now the unnamed panel has decided that they can no longer do automatic refills. I have to call in and request them. Worst pharmacy, they loose prescriptions, and horrible customer service.
Horrible customer service, they don't care about your needs! All they do is transfer you off to the next department without listening to you. 5 days on the phone with them for many HOURS!!
Your company is absolutely horrible. You have been sitting on my claims for months and your employees completely blow off my calls. I urge everyone with poor experiences to reach out to their HR departments to make sure that Express Scripts is not chosen as a pharmacy benefit manager!
This company is a fraud! Ordered "TWO" epipens for my daughters tree nut allergy. Was supposed to be charged $40 over 3 months but was charged $126. When we called to find out why it was all taken out at once we were told at it was only one payment of 3 at that price for "SIX" epipens. They sent it to pediatrician as 6 and are now saying they are not at fault because they filled what the pediatrician sent through. We cancelled card so they get no more money but this is theft to change an order then try to charge us for it. I... read more
