Worst pharmacy ever....there is nothing "express" about this company. I am a NP who completes forms for PA and med. refills on a daily basis..I know how to navigate the system....there is no navigating this system. Company has no concern for their patients well being. This is truly a medication safety issue that would NEVER be tolerated in a hospital yet they are allowed to continue to function....disgraceful.
This company is the worst prescription provider I have ever dealt with, they will do whatever it takes to screw you over and try to weasel their way out. Since they changed from Medco into Express Scripts the quality of service has decayed to a new level of incompetence!!!
Service sucks! Can't get shipping or an address correct! Been waiting 10 days for meds!

Worst pharmacy ever! If you've experienced negligence at the hands of Express Scripts, join Facebook our group called "DOWN WITH Express Scripts and Accredo!" Make your voice heard. Speak out AGAINST this terrible company! Once you've joined the Facebook group, sign the petition. We're fighting to get our insurance companies to give us OTHER options! Given the choice, no one would choose to do business with such a negligent pharmacy.
I have wasted so much money. If they send the wrong med. which they do often ,they still charge your credit card and they will not allow u to send the wrong med back I had two last month on test strips and charged my credit card for two co payments for $17.00 each and I have two shipment of med thy I can no use and can not send back They will call and tell I they are sending your med but will not tell u what they are so u have no choice as what u are getting. I think it is very false advertising to get a 90 day prescription of medication that is covered by a seal that says the medication is actually made in INDIA! I don’t take meds made in India or any other unregulated country. ExpressScripts is a scam.
Today I received three long awaited prescriptions and when I opened up the bag one of them was opened and the pills spilled out inside. I proceed to count them to make sure I have all 90 and to my surprise I don't! I have 89. This leads me to count my other one and guess what I found? Another 89 instead of the allotted 90. You know what this is? FRAUD!!!!!!!! I have pictures and phone calls will be made, not to mention SOCIAL MEDIA! Your welcome!
