Absolutely the WORST Rx supplier in the USA! Mail an Rx on 7/31/15, Express Scripts receives it on 8/4/15 and as of now, 8/10/15 it is still in limbo. A tier 3 drug that Rx must be mailed in and signed for at USPS delivery at our home. 2-day supple left! Called supervisor - never called back. If I could afford I would place a 'full-page' ad in every major newspaper asking all Americans that have problems with Express Scripts to write their Representatives in Washington.
Just love getting an email just after noon on a Friday threatening to cancel my new script because you can't get in touch with my doctor. The email say to call you to have the script held. My doctor is away until Monday so I tried to call with that information and cannot get to a representative. Every time the disembodied voice says they are transferring me to a "member service representative" the line immediately gets a busy signal. This is the most screwed up company that has ever been on the face of this planet its funny you can get two prescriptions of my 3 from my doctor .... but the third one just disappears .... My pulmonologist personally calls Escript for my symbicort call me back confirms that he talk to Escript and they got my prescription now a month later they never got anything. This is the most screwed up there ever was I I get from them is sorry you'll have to call your doctor again that is b*******
