Just love getting an email just after noon on a Friday threatening to cancel my new script because you can't get in touch with my doctor. The email say to call you to have the script held. My doctor is away until Monday so I tried to call with that information and cannot get to a representative. Every time the disembodied voice says they are transferring me to a "member service representative" the line immediately gets a busy signal. Today I received three long awaited prescriptions and when I opened up the bag one of them was opened and the pills spilled out inside. I proceed to count them to make sure I have all 90 and to my surprise I don't! I have 89. This leads me to count my other one and guess what I found? Another 89 instead of the allotted 90. You know what this is? FRAUD!!!!!!!! I have pictures and phone calls will be made, not to mention SOCIAL MEDIA! Your welcome!
This is the worst company to deal with. They lose prescriptions. Don't notify you where there is an issue. Don't make an attempt to contact the doctor when they have a question about the prescription. They have lousy customer service. I've had issues with them ever since they changed from Medco to Express Scripts. If my prescription insurance wasn't with them I would not ever use them again!!!
