Worst company ever. No clue on how to process claims. Talk to 4 different supervisors and my claim still has not gotten paid.
This company is such a rip off. I ordered $153 of necessary medicine I never received it and because they ship large orders through UPS as "Shipper Release" I can't even track the order. Express Scripts assumes no liability so guess who is stuck paying another $153.....this girl that's who!
Please ignore the star that is given automatically. This company deserves a negative 1 million stars. The worst company ever. I will NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER use them. I'd give zero stars if it were an option. If at all, and by 'at all', I mean 'remotely possible', do not choose this corporation to distribute/keep records of your medication. Impossible to communicate with. Ignores messages for help, etc. Fair warning: Do NOT use, or trust, Express-scripts! It's an extremely sad thing that they bought out Medco, whose services were trustworthy and reliable. :/
IT SUCKS I HAVE TO GIVE ONE STAR!!!!! Medco just changed to this SHITTY COMPANY!!!! My order I've been taking for 3 years now takes 19 days to be shipped! They say cause my doctor faxed it in, it's a new script and they have to verify my "info" so now it's "somewhere" at FedEx and when it does show up I have to sign for it!!! So what? do I just miss work everyday to wait for this HORRIBLE COMPANY to fill my order!!!!! or have to drive 20 miles one way after work to the FedEx location!! Not too happy right now with these folks. I take bioidential/compound medication. One of them is serotonin which is mixed with a filler of pharmaceutical grade lactose. Express Scripts has now deemed pharmaceutical grade lactose as over the counter and therefore will not fill my script. I am a veteran who has a limited income and cannot afford the $350 to pay out of pocket. Pharmaceutical grade lactose is not a narcotic and has not nutritional value. Where do you log in for your prescription information?
Do not use THIS COMPANY. Does not do any follow-up in regards to prescription renewals with your dr. When you personnally fax the prescriptions they still state they have never received them. They want to delay, delay, delay renewals creating additional health problems. I use to be a past community action member. I am comming out of retirement.
