My husband and I stopped at Express Auto to see if we would even qualify to get a car and Jorge so was helpful that we drove away with a great car. Jorge has been so helpful with my mom and has been so awesome with everything. At first she wasn t approved due to certain circumstances but after months oh trying to get us through this and after months of helpful visits and calls she was able to get a great car. I would buy a car from Jorge in express auto in Niles!

Jorge helped my fiance and I get into a vehicle when we were in a bind. He was very professional and explained everything dutifully even though we had a lot of questions. As i read the reviwes of these poor people out saddens mee to see that they to have been scammed. I have had a car with express auto for two years and have had nothing but bad experiences it breaks down all the time and yet they expect a payment on time i was 3 days late and my car was repossessed i really hope you guys don t go thew the same thing bit unfortunately you will highly don t recommend
