We could not be more happy with Bill and his team. While the gas line reroute was straightforward (and reasonably priced!), the diagnosis of the mystery pinging in the duct was excellent. A simple fix was all that was needed once they confirmed the problem. Now we can sleep. Future calls for any future issues go these guys - no doubt about it.
Jake and Kyle did my furnace installation and I can't say enough about how professional, patient, and thorough they were. Outstanding job and I would recommend them highly if you need a furnace. They were also extremely polite. A big thumbs up !!
Called these guys in the morning and they came out right away on a Saturday and fixed my problem. Oscar was very informative and found the problem and my house has heat again! He did a great job dissecting what was wrong and fixing it!!! Will be using expert heating and cooling from now on!!!
The people here are extraordinary! I was asked 4 times in a matter of minutes if I've been helped. They're super friendly and I enjoyed being there. A+ customer service and the pricing I was given was also satisfying! I wouldn't go anywhere else.
