The first thing Bill did when I called to get an estimate for an A/C unit replacement was to be sure we didn't overheat. Before he pulled-out any price books and options, he made sure that our current unit was keeping the house cool. Once that was set, he went over options, explaining everything (which, as a teacher, I truly appreciate) he had to offer.
