Over the weekend our air conditioning had stopped working and contacted an employee through Expert Heating and Cooling. He explained that we should wait till Monday because the parts we MAY need would not be available until then. The person we spoke with said he would set something up for Monday, but when we called they had no idea what we were talking about and the first woman we spoke with hung up on us. Unprofessional and will never be back!
My technician, David, was on time, efficient, poliet and informative.
After a long search and a few different quotes, I am very happy we went with Expert. Kendal our install tech was awesome. Extremely polite, very knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job in all aspects – he worked his ass off for 2 days’ straight! I truly felt like he treated my house it like it was his own, he went the extra mile to make sure EVERYTHING was done the right way. I would absolutely recommend Expert for your AC and furnace needs, and if you do ask for Kendal to do your install!

A.C. went out unexpectedly yesterday evening. Called Expert Heating and Cooling this morning and had a service call this afternoon. David expertly replaced the faulty part. David was very professional. David also kindly waited for Lynn to drive home from work to service the A.C. unit. We are enjoying our air conditioning again. Thank you.

We have been clients of Expert Heating & Cooling for many years and have found them to be skilled, knowledgable and efficient. Our service associated, Oscar, was just out at our house last week and did a great job checking up on our AC system. We will have him back in the Fall.. and for many years to come!
