I wanted to share a positive experience with Ken Shaw and Expert Heating and Cooling. We have been working with Ken over the past few months to help us with a coil issue for our A/C unit. A previous company installed and replaced a bad coil a few times, but failed to register our product with Carrier and as a result we lost out on a 10 year warranty. Ken went above and beyond to work with the local Carrier rep and we are now able to have our coil replaced and both Expert (Ken) and Carrier are making things right. We would li... read more

Had a new humidifier installed on my furnace by Oscar today. He was courteous, on time, respected my home and the new equipment looks great. Much better than the previous job by the home builder. Hopefully the humidity level will be improved. I recommend Expert Heating and Cooling.

Excellent customer service called Paula and a technician was dispatched within 2 hours he arrived at the house and found the problem immediately showed and explained what had happened fixed and we were nice and toasty again� would definitely recommend Expert Heating for your furnace needs.
