We had a great experience with Expert heating and cooling, from the salesman Ken, to our installers Jarvis and Atterlee (sp?). They were very professional and respectful, they took the time to explain the system and new thermostat. We had a new furnace and Central air installed, also some duct work. This is our first air conditioning system we’ve had, I’m excited. I would recommend this company!

Dieter was the installer,he did a fantastic job replacing our heat exchanger, he was very professional, clean everything up before he left.I would definitely recommend Expert heating and cooling. Also signed up for the maintenance program from now on they will be the only maintaining our furnace and air conditioning.

Quick, friendly, and reliable service. I have had emergencies with both my air conditioning and my furnace. In both cases, I got same-day service at a reasonable cost.
Customer service is what sets this company apart. I just made a late night service call and the tech (Russ) was at my house in 30 minutes. Russ fixed my problem in short order and helped educate me along the way. I can’t say enough good things about how his great service makes me feel. I recommend this company to anyone who is expects the highest level of customer service.
