It was a very long time ago and they didn't even have to do it And honestly I'm surprised that they even checked my bird out given that she's a Starling but she was having some feather problems and was looking really ratty but they traced the issue out and got her back on track to looking healthy and well. Very knowledgeable people here and they provide great service...14 years old and still as beautiful as ever. this is the best staff I have ever dealt with! they have taken care of all three of my birds, my rabbit, and my cat when I couldn't get her into a different vet. I love the staff I miss them so much since I've moved. they're the reason I still have my parakeet they saved his life! I would recommend them 100%
