I moved from NY to Lakeland for almost a month and the service I have received at Exodus has been excellent. I can say that Irene, the nurse practitioner, saved my life and my baby's life because it was she who, looking at my medical files, which I brought from NY, found that I have gestational diabetes; fact that the obstetrician doctor overlooked, and it was he who asked for the test. And about all the staff, everyone, without exception, has been kind to me.

The staff is very nice and welcoming I have nothing negative to say about the staff however I really dislike that they do things and don't tell me that it's been done like genetic testing for example. When I went to Brandon hospital they asked if it was done I told her I did not know if it was or not and she told me that it doesn't surprise her because that office is known for not telling their patients what they are doing or what has already been done. First , The establishment is not clean . Second, Bad Billing wrong code number and almost cost me $162 if I didn't catch it . Third, I went in with a really bad cold and was told they had no tools to listen to my chest or even look in my ears and throat. I was told that throughout pregnancy care that STD testing is done . I m okay with that . Insurance pays for that cost . But then I got a $1668 Drug Screening Bill From Lap Corps. Two pages of Negative testing of every kind of drug . I have been going to exodus since the beginning of my pregnancy. At first they were extremely rude to myself and my family. Throughout the pregnancy they got better and I began to develop relationships with some of the staff but overall they are totally unprofessional. You make an appointment just to sit for at least 45 minutes in a hot and small waiting room with at least 15 other patients before going back that is if they don't skip over you(which they've done twice with me) and then another 15-30 minutes waiting for the n... read more

This place sucks. They are very unproffesional. Some nurses are very rude. There is not enough room for people to sit. My daughter went here for her prenatal care and it sucked. They need to get it together and quit scheduling so many people on the same day. Its hot and miserable in the lil waiting area esp for a pregnant lady

Asked them for my other doctors information when I lost their contact info and they kept switching me back and forth from their office to the one on the north side . Very difficult , always have me on hold I love the north side office better than this one .

The new staff is good. The wait time is poor. Though towards the end of my pregnancy,the wait time improved. Rhonda,in the office is excellent! Staff is friendly & knowledgeable.
