Bought a big dollar ticket 16 months ago and now they won’t service it because it’s too far out of their service area. What a crock. Iincluded, outdoor lighting, outdoor stereo, patio lighting, etc.. No upper management or owner will call me back. Trying to get some resolution nicely, but having no luck. We have had the pleasure of working with Chad Akers @ Exo-Design for our outdoor lighting and it has been a very positive experience. We presented them with landscape lighting that was outdated and they expertly brought it to modern day standards. Exo did a great job on our landscaping lights. They are beautiful and they keep as many of our existing lights as possible to help out on costs. The house is now stunning at night with their expert help. Thanks so much for your great work.
Chad and company did a terrific job lighting up the back yard. They maintain the lights and go the extra mile making adjustments and replacing worn out bulbs. They made my back yard wake up every evening. Can’t rave enough. Prompt service. Great communication.
