When I first started working out at EXL, I didn't think I'd be able to afford to keep it up. I've been going for almost a year now and have decided it's something that will always be in my budget. I love it SO much and have seen great results. If I haven't seen the results I was expecting/hoping for, it was bc of me. For example, slacking on my diet, not working out on my off days, etc. I highly recommend EXL to anyone who wants someone to hold them accountable bc that's Mat. Check it out, you'll see!

Perfect balance between challenging & supportive. Matt is a great trainer, instructor, motivator. The people who use the gym are fun and friendly. It is a great environment, no matter your fitness & nutrition goals!

I have done gyms before and never really stuck with it! EXL is AMAZING! It has become a life style for me! The trainers have assisted me in changing my life and I'm loving it! The campers are incredible people as well! I consider everyone at EXL family! :)
