I went to Executive Chevrolet looking to purchase another vehicle from them, since we had such a great experience back in 2019. Our salesman, Carlos Santiago, went above and beyond to help us find the truck we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable, attentive and transparent. Even though we decided to go with another car brand, I highly recommend working with Carlos if you’re in the market to purchase a new vehicle.
Great experience! I needed a cheap daily driver car and they had what I was looking for. Working with online sales Sarah and my salesman Roz we got all essentials done via email and phone the day before and was able to come in a pickup the car after a short test drive and some paperwork. We had a delay in financing due to some issues the person before us had and had to wait a bit to meet with the finance person.. Excellent staff that were extremely responsive and fair throughout the entire process. Very easy to work with and accommodating to my specific needs. I have bought numerous vehicles throughout my life from a variety of dealership groups. The Executive Chevrolet out of Wallingford CT was by far the easiest to deal with.
