AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS The computer system in my Jeep has never worked since the day I leased it in July, 2024. The dealership has had the car in the shop multiple times, anywhere from two weeks to over a month at a time, and the issue is still unresolved. Instead of taking responsibility, they constantly ping-pong us back and forth with corporate and have done nothing to help with the lemon car they leased to us. My first experience with Executive Service was very positive. Minimal waiting time to schedule an appointment and my vehicle was taken right away upon arrival. Sal and the staff were professional, courteous and easy to contact with my questions. I’ll be returning to Executive for further service needs.
