I brought in my car for an issue that Executive dodge had supposedly fixed on a previous visit. It took two voicemails over a week’s time and a third call to even be able to schedule an appointment (the receptionist was so rude, I would have taken my business elsewhere if it weren’t concerning repair that the dealership had worked on and charged me for beforehand.)
