I love volvo ontario. nick was the best, now it's juan. hope they don't upset me cause then I'll go to Audi. (but then I'll go back to volvo cause girls are crazy like that)
They are kind, and nice. However, I hope no one should believe how long the maintenance asks to be completed, even if you booked and arrived on time. They usually said one and a half hour, (for regular maintenance); however, the shortest was two and a half hours. (One of my friend has 5-hour-experience for regular maintenance.) If anyone visits there, I suggest to bring a thick book or at least a tablet. Luckily, the free-wifi is very fast, and free coffee and water is supplied.
Such great service! They are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Definitely worth the drive from Murrieta to have my car worked on by the crew in Ontario!
