RecommendedAmazing customer experience from day one! Almost a year later and it’s been a great experience every time. My windshield was the victim of a giant rock hitting it (and I couldn’t see any damage) one day it just cracked and kept going. I was so sad that my new car had this issue, the service department replaced the windshield and kept my vehicle looking brand new. My wife's S60 T5 has been displaying low coolant. I called parts to buy a gallon of non dilluted Volvo coolant and before leaving for the dealer, I spoke with service and they quickly told me to bring it by to top it off. In no time at all, Ivan, Juan and the female service advisor (I didn't get her name) had the car taken to the service bay. It took the car some time to cool before they could remove the radiator cap.
